Great hotel with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and cozy bar/lounge area. The staff once helped me catch a local taxi, which I remember fondly. The breakfast is always hot and delicious. Can't wait to come back for xmas!

the rooms are contemporary and functional with wonderful views over leeds. the hotel serves tasty and plentiful breakfasts for other options like eggs benedict. it is set in a quiet area, right next to a theater and a gallery.

Beautiful location, within walking distance of Civic Theatre. Delicious food and complementary drinks. Excellent customer care, parking on-site.
The breakfast certainly should 've been included.

perfect location; right next to Leeds station. I thought I saw a direct exit to the station, I didn't use it. wide room and view to the same square. Quiet. Good and varied breakfast buffet. They take care of parking your car for 15 pounds and then bring it to you when you need it. attentive staff. I'll certainly come back when I need to travel to Leeds.

The room was super comfortable and warm. The English breakfast for 10 pounds was great as it was a free buffet as well.
I missed some tea in the room. In other hotels if they had it and truth is a detail.

There was a problem with the elevators, having to take the freight elevator on more than one occasion, which meant having to wait a little longer than the bill to go up and down.

I recently enjoyed my stay and was thrilled by the very nice customer care and the hotel's convenience to nearby attractions, especially the Leeds City Museum just a short stroll away and the beautiful Millennium Square which is perfect.
